Assisted on broadcast productions and took the lead on multiple radio spots and internal videos. Managed project timelines, creative and vendor communication, budgets, and deliverables.

  • TV: Assisted on American Cancer Society “Relay for ____” broadcast spot.

  • Radio: Produced McDonaldʼs spot and multiple Safeway weekly promotions.

  • Internal: Produced McDonald's Effie Award Video and DDB International Womenʼs Day video.

CP+B Boulder

Creative Coordinator / Jr. Producer: 2011 – 2014

Began as an assistant to some of the best creative directors in the business, including Chairman Chuck Porter. Coordinated travel and communication among departments. Managed daily schedules, expense reports, confidential financial, legal, and personal information. 

Decided to pursue broadcast production. Jumped at every opportunity. Assisted on an MDC digital project and worked as a Jr. Producer on a national broadcast spot. Created travel budgets, production calendars, award book, and assisted with casting. Coordinated internal, vendor, and director meetings.

  • TV: Jr. Producer on Boy's & Girls Club "50 Million" broadcast spot.

Oversaw in-market presence for more than 16 brands across the Bacardi USA, Remy and Brown-Forman portfolios. Built positive client relationships with target venues. Event set-up and mixologist recruitment for Bombay Sapphire GQ/42Below Cocktail Competition. Increased menu mentions by 30% in less than six months.

Managed Drambuie Den Event program for metro New York, including largest national event of over 400 attendees. Sold-in and executed 22 Drambuie Den events. Point of contact for PR team, mixologists, and participating accounts. Hired, trained, and managed local team of 10 people to execute promotional events.
